研究领域
主要从事天然产物天然产物的不对称全合成和生物活性研究:发现了Mycolactone的新型[4+2]光化学环加成反应,成功对四个光化学反应产物异构体进行了完全分离并确定分子结构和立体化学,完成最终光化学产物的全合成并研究了Mycolactone天然产物光化学反应多样性机理及产物细胞毒理学,从世界卫生组织得到的反馈中,这种方法已经被临床运用到Buruli Ulcer(布路里溃疡)的诊断中;开发了脱氧糖类分子的不对称全合成方法等。
