男，1980年1月生，汉族，河北省保定市人；获河北大学理学学士学位（1999.9-2003.6）、理学硕士（2003.9-2006.6）学位，中国科学院自动化研究所工学博士（2006.9-2009.7）学位，北京航空航天大学博士后（2010.11-2013.10）。
