高欣，女，1983年2月生。 2000年、2009年在清华大学数学科学系数学专业获得学士、博士学位。2014年被聘为硕士生导师，2018年被聘为副教授。 主要从事不确定规划、不确定统计、不确定图与网络分析与方面的研究工作，发表论文20篇（SCI检索7篇）。主持北京高等学校“青年英才计划”项目（资助强度15万）1项，中央高校基本科研业务费项目3项，作为主研人参与国家自然科学基金面上项3项、北京市哲学社会科学规划项目1项和教育部人文社会科学研究项目1项。
