取得了一系列研究成果和重要进展，累计发表论文30余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇，发表在《Appl.Phys.Lett.》、《Phys.Rev.B》、《Nanotechnology》、《J.Mater.Chem.A》、《Carbon》等高影响因子国际学术刊物，累计引用480余次，Google的i10-index为13。
