我们致力于研发新型场效应晶体管材料(共轭高分子、分子晶体、石墨烯和类石墨烯材料),开展材料可控合成、物性和电学器件研究,开发这类材料在柔性晶体管、光电探测、化学生物传感等领域的应用。
