邓永恒，复旦大学泛海国际金融学院金融学特聘教授、威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校威斯康星商学院 John P. Morgridge 杰出讲席教授。 邓教授的主要研究兴趣是评估亚洲和中国房地产和住房市场的状况。他在诸多国际著名期刊上发表了多篇研究论文，如 Econometrica、Journal of Financial Economics、Journal of Urban Economics、Review of Finance、China Economic Review、European Economic Review、Capitalism and Society、Regional Science and Urban Economics、Journal of Money Credit and Banking、Real Estate Economics、Journal of Housing Economics 和 Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics。 邓教授曾担任美国房地产和城市经济学协会（AREUEA）的第50任主席，这是该协会50年历史上第一位当选主席的亚洲人。 邓永恒教授于1995年获得加州大学伯克利分校的经济学博士学位。
