1967年出生，电子科技大学测控技术专业毕业，“测试计量技术与仪器”专业硕士生导师。近年来完成科技项目涵盖国家自然基金仪器专项、国防预研、国防型号及企业横向合作等，发表有关学术论文20余篇，授权国家发明及国防专利10余项，获得国家级省部级科技奖5项。

主要研究方向在超高速信号数字化方法、可重构测试体系结构，宽带信号多域测试、电磁测井方法等方向，在高速测试系统、宽带数字接收机、信号多域检测系统等技术应用方面有一定的积累。
