研究领域
有机合成方法学,天然产物全合成 发展“机制新颖的化学转化”用于“优化天然产物全合成”一直是有机合成方法学研究的重要归宿之一。不仅有助于化学机理的深入理解,创造新的反应类型,还能开拓逆合成思路,助力复杂、多样化、优势骨架分子群的快速构建,为研究药物活性、构效关系提供物质基础。 课题组致力于天然产物导向型反应方法学的创建---旨在利用逻辑设计的逆合成分析,以多米诺串联反应为手段,为天然产物提供简洁的构筑策略,从而减少全合成步骤,乃至实现“一锅法”全合成。现以完成33例天然产物的合成工作,涵盖吲哚生物碱,鬼臼类、呋喃类木脂素,多羟基苯偶酰等多类天然产物家族,全合成步骤均不超过3步,具有显著的步骤经济性优势。其中包括“一锅法”全合成17例,首次全合成12例。
