个人简介

2003年6月在南京大学获分析化学博士学位,2003年8月至2005年8月分别为德国Potsdam大学和加拿大Lakehead University博士后,2005年被聘为东南大学化学化工学院教授。从事生物界面、生物组装和电化学分析方面的教学和科研工作,主持包括国家重大仪器专项(基金委)、国家重点研发计划(科技部)、国家自然科学基金重点/面上、江苏省自然科学基金重点和江苏省工业支撑项目等项目,并开展纳米生物探针、纳米增强高分子材料和纳米钛管氢敏传感器的产业化研究。共发表SCI收录论文260余篇,被SCI刊物他人引用11000余次,获授权发明专利23件,个人H-index为56,分别为五部专著编写5章。获2010年、2015年教育部自然科学奖一等奖,2011年度“全国化工优秀科技工作者”称号。兼任江苏省富碳材料与器件工程实验室主任、中国分析测试协会理事、中国分析测试协会高校分析测试分会常务理事、中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会电分析化学专业委员会委员、中国有机电化学与工业行业联合会常务理事、江苏省富碳材料与器件工程专业委员会主任委员、江苏省化学化工学会理事、江苏省分析测试协会常务理事、江苏省分析测试协会高校分会副理事长,并担任Analytica Chimica Acta编辑(2020-)、World Journal of Biological Chemistry 副主编(2016-2018)。

研究领域

科学仪器专项:发展单细胞活性分子时空分辨分析系统,实现单细胞生物活性分子如蛋白、核酸、双氧水、多巴胺、抗坏血酸、小RNA等的高时空分辨分析; 多级次纳米结构构筑与二氧化碳还原:利用多孔材料组装单/多生物分子(酶或菌类)和电子供(受)体,构建多酶、多步骤多功能耦合CO2生物还原体系; 食品安全快检方法学和试剂盒研制; 外泌体分离、检测与生物应用:构筑微流控芯片,实现外泌体高效捕获与多生物信息获取,探索极端环境外泌体特征及其生物调节的分子基础; 多模态多物理因子干预诊疗一体化纳米生物探针
