个人简介
欧晓霞,女,汉族,中共党员,1980年8月生,山东省青岛人。2003年7月毕业于大连交通大学环境工程专业,获学士学位;2008年9月毕业于大连理工大学环境工程专业,获博士学位。2008年11月-2009年5月在香港理工大学做访问学者的工作。2009年5月调入大连民族学院工作。2011年9月晋升为副教授职称
