张俊，博士，副教授，东北大学土木工程学科博士生导师、教授委员会委员，交通运输部公路科学研究院客座研究员，全国路面材料力学与仿真大会技术委员会委员，交通运输部公路科学研究院RIOH Track足尺环道专委会力学组成员，中国公路学会会员，International Society for Asphalt Pavements会员，North Carolina State University, CCEE访问学者，主要从事道路工程与岩土工程领域的教学和科研工作。 近年来以负责人身份承担国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金、教育部基本科研业务费、辽宁省交通运输行业重点科技项目、辽宁省科技计划面上项目（原优秀人才培育）、交通行业重点实验室开放基金、辽宁省公路科研计划、中国中铁股份公司科技开发计划项目等科研项目20余项，发表学术论文50余篇（其中，第一作者SCI一区、EI论文17篇），获世界交通运输大会优秀报告奖、全国交通运输领域青年学术大会优秀论文奖、辽宁省科学技术进步奖、中国公路建设行业协会创新成果奖、市政府可科学技术进步奖等各类科研奖励6项，以第一起草人或主要起草人身份出版交通行业、建筑行业地方标准3部，以主要完成人身份完成国家级行业协会或省级政府科技鉴定7项。
