教授，博士生导师，资源与土木工程学院副院长。澳大利亚Monash大学作访问学者，兼任中国岩石力学与工程学会寒区岩土力学与工程分会秘书长，中国有色金属学会第八届采矿学术委员会常务委员，绿色矿山产业联盟青年技术委员会副主任委员，中国有色金属产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会委员，绿色矿山产业联盟智库青年专家，国际岩石力学学会会员，担任多个国内学术期刊编委，曾任中国岩石力学与工程学会第八届理事会理事。
