研究领域
My research interests lie between the fields of Analytical and Environmental Chemistry. Specifically I have interest in:
The development of new methods to investigate the uptake, metabolism and storage of metal species in aquatic biological systems; The identification of new biomarkers for use as environmental toxicity indicators for aquatic organisms; Environmental toxicology in aquatic systems, and the associated chemically induced physiological changes in organisms as a result of these contaminants; Determining the fate of chemicals both within the biotic and abiotic environment. Development of passive samplers to predict metal toxicity in the environment.
