研究领域

Miriam's research focuses on how animal welfare is communicated to non-scientists. Her PhD looked at how we can encourage people to take better care of her pet fish. She has also supervised projects on conservation photography and the media coverage of live export. In addition, Miriam teaches in the Science Communication program. She has a strong interest in evidence based teaching and in doing research that supports good teaching.
