研究领域
We are working in the field of inorganic biochemistry, focusing on metal-binding proteins from a variety of organisms including mammals, invertebrates, plants, and bacteria, with the aim to contribute to the understanding of mechanisms of metal ion homeostasis. Protein structure, dynamics of metal uptake and release, and biomolecular interactions are studied using recombinant protein expression and purification, multinuclear NMR, mass spectrometry, optical spectroscopies and multi-elemental analysis.
