个人简介

Dr Muhammad Tariqul Islam is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Continuous Manufacturing and Crystallisation (CMAC), joined in May 2015 at the Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (SIPBS), University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. His responsibility is to support the development of capability in the secondary pharmaceutical processing area (App B: REMEDIES project). Prior to join at CMAC, Tariq completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Science from University of Greenwich, UK with the achievement of "Science Award for Best Overall PhD Performance 2014-15". His PhD research includes, implementing process analytical technology (PAT) tools for the analysis and control of manufacturing process during hot-melt extrusion (HME). He also obtained MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and B.Pharm (Hons.) degree from University of Science & Technology Chittagong, Bangladesh. His research interest includes, HME, PAT, continuous manufacturing, co-crystals, solid dispersion, quality by design (QbD) etc
