个人简介
I am an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Saskatchewan. My research involves biomedical computation, biomechanics, and computer graphics. I am actively involved in the OpenSim and Parametric Human projects, developing state-of-the-art human body simulations. I was a post-doc at Stanford University with Scott Delp at the Simbios NIH Center for Biomedical Computation working on muscle modeling and whole-body biomechanics. I completed my PhD at UBC, Vancouver, Canada working with Sidney Fels. My thesis work involved computer simulation of head and neck biomechanics with ArtiSynth as part of the OPAL project. I also led a project developing a new 3D display technology called pCubee. Post-Doc in Bioengineering, Stanford University, 2012 Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, University of British Columbia, 2010 Dissertation: Byte Your Tongue M.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering, University of British Columbia, 2006 B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, B.Sc. in Computer Science, University of Saskatchewan, 2004
