B.Sc. (Calgary) Ph.D. (Toronto) Francis M. Bui received the B.Sc. degree from the University of Calgary, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Toronto. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan.

His research interests include information processing and optimization, with applications in communications and biomedical engineering
