研究领域

Molecular mechanisms controlling the expression and functional activity of enzymes and other regulatory proteins. These include both short-term processes (e.g. reversible phosphorylation) and longer-term alterations in expression (e.g. transcriptional control). The role of hormones and novel nucleotide effectors (e.g. Ap4A) in stimulating changes in intermediary metabolism. Covalent modification of proteins with lipid groups (e.g. fatty acylation and isoprenylation).
