Dr. Evans received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in May 2013. He then completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY2 solid organ transplant specialty residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Evans provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the pulmonary transplant service in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Teaching activities include precepting students and residents on the inpatient transplant clinical rotation, participating in the therapeutics curriculum, and coordinating the Introduction to Transplant Pharmacy Practice course.

His research interests include transplant infectious diseases, immunosuppressant pharmacokinetics, and resident and preceptor development.
