The programmes in this area allow students to work as allied health professionals in both the NHS and private sector. All students on graduation will be eligible to register with the Health and Care Professions council. I was originally in the Army and then retrained as a Podiatrist. I began my academic career at UCL in 1998 and joined UEL in 2003. My main roles are the management of staff in the subject area and the overall running of all programmes. I also teach on a variety of modules and manage the placement programme for Podiatry.
