I have worked as a Physiotherapist for almost 20 years. I graduated from UEL in 1996 with a 1st class degree in Physiotherapy. After graduation I worked in NHS organisations in East London for seven years after which I took a post at UEL teaching on the undergraduate physiotherapy programme.

In 2000 I completed an MS in Physiotherapy, and in 2014 I completed a PhD in the sociology of healthcare professionals
