个人简介
Professor Sally Ibbotson qualified in Medicine at the University of Leeds in 1986 and, after general medical training, undertook dermatology training in Newcastle upon Tyne where she developed an interest in photodermatology. She was appointed as Clinical Senior Lecturer in Photobiology in the Photobiology Unit, University of Dundee, Ninewells Hospital & Medical School in November 1998. Dr Ibbotson has clinical and research interests in photosensitivity diseases, photodiagnosis, phototherapy and photodynamic therapy
研究领域
Key areas of research include: skin cancer and photodynamic therapy. phototherapy (notably optimisation of regimes and introduction of new therapies). clinical and genetic determinants of sensitivity and responses to phototherapies for skin diseases. interactions between UV and the skin and photosensitivity disorders.
