Adrian completed a Ba in Psychology with Economics at the University of the West Indies and an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham. He has also gained Levels A and B certificates of competence in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society. Before commencing employment at the University of Dundee Adrian was the Psychometric Analyst at the Royal College of Psychiatrists in London.

Adrian’s main interests lie in psychometrics and broader issues related to assessment in medical education.
