个人简介

As a Lecturer in Clinical Skills I contribute to the undergraduate medical programmes teaching both technical (procedural) and Non-technical skills (communication etc,). As the Clinical Skills Lead for Interprofessional Education I work with colleagues from the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, School of Dentistry and Allied Health Professions to ensure that medical students get the best possible experiences of learning with, from and about the other members of the healthcare team. I am also Lead for the RADAR (Recognising Acute Deterioration: Active Response) Course. As well as this I am the educational lead for the Scottish National Educational Programme for Postgraduate Pharmacists.

研究领域

My main research interests are in the teaching of non-technical skills, clinical deterioration and interprofessional education
