研究领域

长期从事光伏材料与器件的研究工作,主要围绕有机/无机半导体材料与器件,开展钙钛矿太阳能电池和有机太阳能电池的研究工作,主要包括:(1)钙钛矿太阳能电池:钙钛矿薄膜低成本制备工艺、结晶动力学调控、以及高性能钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备;(2)有机光电功能材料:高效有机光电功能材料的设计、合成与应用研究;(3)光电子器件加工。
