研究领域
Device physics – physical aspects of radiation absorption, charge separation and transport, light capture, and the correlation between the structural and electronic properties of organic-organic and organic-inorganic interfaces. Modeling – Optical modeling, device electrical modeling with an emphasis on interface effects, and atomistic and course-grained molecular dynamics simulations to determine equilibrium structural conformations in polymer fullerene mixtures. Coating technology – development of solution coating techniques for large area deposition of polymer solutions and colloid monolayers. Material discovery and characterization – characterization of conjugated polymers, fullerenes and nanoparticles based on inorganic semiconductors, metals and conjugated polymers for use in PV devices.
