Mart de Croon is lecturer (UD) in Chemical Engineering. He received his master’s degree in chemistry from the Catholic University of Nijmegen in 1974. He worked at the Department of Reaction Kinetics and Catalysis in Nijmegen where he received his Ph.D. in 1980, with prof. Coenen as supervisor. He was active at the same university in the area of catalysis (1981-1985), electrochemistry (1985-1986), and solid state physics (1986-1990). In 1990 he joined the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry in Eindhoven. His present research concerns microreaction technology.
