Dr. Stuart Reid is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Neurology. Dr. Reid completed his medical school training at the University of Western Ontario and subsequently his Neurology Residency at Queen's University. After completing a postgraduate fellowship in Movement Disorders at the University of Calgary, Dr. Reid returned to Kingston. Dr. Reid is currently Course Director for the Queen's Medical School Undergraduate Neuroscience course and the Neurology Clerkship Director. Dr. Reid's clinical interests include treatment of Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorders, and of Headache. In conjunction with Drs Ron Levy and Giovanna Pari, Dr. Reid is pioneering an initiative to develop a Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery program at Kingston General Hospital.
