Upon graduation from the U of C in 1996, Karen began her career at Mount Royal College, with the Department of Continuing Education. Over the years Karen has expanded her teaching repertoire to encompass a wide range of anatomy and physiology courses. Karen was fortunate to be a part of a unique experience as the College was granted University status in 2009. It was at this time she accepted the appointment into the newly created position of Full Time Lab Instructor. She enjoys the hands on atmosphere and the one on one teaching opportunities within the laboratory setting. Karen's current role as full time lab instructor has her involved with a variety of the Anatomy and Physiology courses; including Bio 1212, 1216, 1220, 1221, 2203, 3104 and 3205.
