Brahim Benyahia received his MEng ("dipl?me d'ingénieur") in 1995 from the National Polytechnic School, Algeria. After completing a Master of Advanced Studies and a Magister in Chemical Engineering at Ferhat Abbas University, he joined M’sila University in 2000 and held Assistant and Associate Lecturer positions for 5 years. In 2005 he received an international fellowship then moved to France and completed a PhD at the Higher School of Chemical Industries (ENSIC, Nancy) in 2009. He also worked at the same university as a Researcher and Teaching Assistant for two years. In 2010 he joined Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a postdoc associate where he worked, for more than 2 years, on the development of the first end-to-end integrated continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing platform. In May 2013 Brahim joined Loughborough University as a lecturer in Chemical Engineering.
