Vinay received his PhD in physical and organic chemistry in 2007 from SFU, and he took to teaching almost immediately afterwards. He joined Kwantlen in the summer of 2015 to teach a section of Chemistry 1110 for us; he also teaches chemistry at UFV, and has taught at a few other institutions around the province as well.

When not at Kwantlen or UFV, Vinay works in real estate, or enjoys astronomy, karate (he's an orange belt), soccer, oil painting, swimming, fishing, and mountain climbing. Education BSc (hons, 1997, University of Mauritius), PhD (SFU, 2007)
