个人简介
Judith completed her undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of Bristol and obtained her MSc and PhD in Exercise Physiology from Loughborough University where she was awarded the Loughborough University Postgraduate Progression Prize for outstanding academic achievements. Her doctoral thesis examined the mucosal immune response to exercise and how this relates to markers of stress and infection risk. Judith completed her PhD in 2007 and conducted a Research Associate position at Loughborough University to investigate the role of regular polyphenol intake on exercise-induced oxidative stress. In October 2007 she joined the School of Science, University of Greenwich before taking up her present post as a Senior Lecturer in Human Physiology at Kingston University in 2013.
