I first started working for Keele University in September 2004 when I joined the Department of Medicines Management as an IT/AV Modern Apprentice while also successfully studying for a HNC in Computing and also a Foundation Degree award. After two years, I was appointed as a permanent member of staff to the role of an IT/AV Technician in the School of Pharmacy.
