Dr. Sunil Kumar Sinha is an assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is also the medical director of Arrhythmia Service at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Dr. Sinha is also an attending physician at Howard County General Hospital. He is currently engaged in research on atrial fibrillation and catheter ablation, defibrillator and pacemaker therapy and sudden cardiac death. Dr. Sinha received his undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Manitoba in Canada. He completed a residency at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Sinha completed a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine prior to joining the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2005. Besides his teaching and clinical engagements, Dr. Sinha is on the editorial board for Heart Rhythm, the official journal of the Heart Rhythm Society and the Cardiac Electrophysiology Society, and was recognized with the “Remarkable Reviewer” award from 2006-2016.
