Dr. Nancy Li Schoenborn is an assistant professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her clinical expertise is geriatric medicine and gerontology. Dr. Schoenborn earned her M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in medicine and a fellowship in geriatric medicine and gerontology from Johns Hopkins Bayview Medial Center. She is certified in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. In 2013, the Osler Center for Clinical Excellence at Johns Hopkins funded a project that she is working on related to implementing and evaluating the Transitions of Care Curriculum to improve the quality of resident physician education and enhance the safety of care transitions for patients admitted to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
