Dr. Laura Cappelli is an instructor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include internal medicine and rheumatology. Dr. Cappelli earned her M.D. from Johns Hopkins. She completed her residency and performed a fellowship in rheumatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Cappelli's research focuses on inflammatory arthritis. Specifically, she studies inflammatory arthritis due to immunotherapy treatments for cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.
