Education Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics at Penn State University, 2015 B.S. in Physics at Wuhan University , 2007 Biography Dr. Feng Guo joined Indiana University Bloomington as a tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering. Before joining IU, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State and his postdoc training from Stanford. His current research interest focuses on the development of intelligent biomedical devices, sensors, and systems based on microfluidics, acoustics, and AI for translational applications in brain disorders and cancers. Dr. Guo has published over 80 articles (over 6000 citations) in journals such as Nature Methods, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Communication, PNAS, Advanced Materials, Lab on a Chip, etc. He is a recipient of the NIH Director's New Innovator Award, the Indiana CTSI GLUE Award, the Outstanding Junior Faculty Award at IU, the Luddy Faculty Fellow at IU, the Dean Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford School of Medicine, etc.
