研究领域
1) 定域电化学微增材制造 定域电化学微增材制造技术是一种采用电化学还原机理、摒除掩模与支撑的增材制造方式,实现三维金属微结构制造的新兴技术。通过对电解液的控制以及极间电压的作用,可在金属基底上沉积出所需的金属3D结构。这种技术突破了传统工艺所面临的复杂掩模制造和掩模难以去除的问题。 2) 飞秒激光-定域电化学沉积 针对三维复杂金属微纳结构的飞秒激光辅助定域电化学沉积,探索微结构无掩膜激光-电化学双耦作用定向诱导粒子原位增材制造机理,研究飞秒激光诱导下定域电化学沉积组织-结构-功能一体化微纳制造新方法。 3) 精密电解加工 电解加工是一种根据工具阴极形状进行仿形加工的特种加工技术,利用阳极金属的电化学反应,材料以离子的形式从工件表面去除。加工时,工具阴极接电源负极,工件阳极接电源正极,在电化学作用下,阴极表面发生析氢反应,阳极金属以离子状态溶解,电解液高速流过极间间隙,为电化学反应提供介质,同时及时排除阴、阳极表面生成的产物,随着工具阴极的不断进给,最终加工出符合要求的工件形状。
