Dr. Shatshat is a graduate of Al Arab Medical University in Libya (1995) following which she immigrated to Canada. She completed training in internal medicine and rheumatology at Dalhousie University and later joined the Division of Rheumatology as assistant professor of medicine and attending staff of Capital Health in 2002.
