Dr. Kevork Peltekian is a hepatologist, professor, and head of the Division of Digestive Care and Endoscopy. Not only is he a passionate advocate for Atlantic Canadians with liver disease, he’s also a chairman and chief executive officer of the Canadian Liver Foundation. Throughout his career, he’s received numerous undergraduate education, postgraduate education and research awards.

Dr. Peltekian’s research focuses is on the impact of fatty liver and hepatitis C viral infection in Atlantic Canada. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals focusing on liver disease and transplantation.
