Dr. Neil Finkle is associate professor of medicine, program director of the nephrology subspecialty training program at Dalhousie University and medial director of the Nova Scotia-Prince Edward Island Peritoneal Dialysis Program. His research interests include depression in the dialysis population, infectious complications of dialysis and communication skills delivery and evaluation in residency programs.
