Ayana Horton earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University, both universities are the USA. Her current position is as a lecturer of occupational therapy. She is also the coordinator of the Occupational Therapy Department’s program for study abroad. Prior to accepting the lecturing post, Ayana worked as an occupational therapist working with clients who have physical/neurological disabilities in community, acute, in-patient, and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
