一、个人情况 高海丽，女，1981年10月出生，河南省周口市人，中共党员，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。主要从事新能源微纳米材料的合成、电极制备工艺、相关机理和构效关系的研究工作，主要涉及低温燃料电池低铂/非铂催化剂、锂离子电池材料、超级电容器电极材料等方面的研究。迄今共发表SCI论文40余篇，其中包括J. Power Sources 4篇，Electrochim. Acta 1篇，Int. J. Hydrogen Energy 2篇，Powder Technol. 3篇，Mater.
