严冬，男，1978年1月生人，吉林大学光学专业博士，东北师范大学数学与统计学院博士后，意大利比萨高师，英国诺丁汉大学访问学者，国家自然科学基金函评专家，吉林省物理学会理事，吉林省计算物理学会理事，长春大学材料工程专业学位硕士研究生导师。2012年荣获吉林省教育厅首批“科研春苗人才”称号
