刘润茹，女，1973年1月，工学博士，教授，吉林省教育厅重点实验室“材料设计与量子模拟实验室”、长春大学重点学科“材料科学与工程学科”材料化学研究方向负责人，长春大学材料工程专业硕士研究生导师。 1996年毕业于吉林师范大学物理系， 2001年考入吉林大学凝聚态物理专业攻读硕士研究生，2004年取得理学硕士学位。2007年获得国家留学基金委及日本文部省全额奖学金资助，赴日本九州大学攻读博士学位，从事燃料电池方面的研究工作，并于2011年取得工学博士学位。2017年赴加拿大做访问学者
