个人简介
1985年获浙江大学(原浙江农业大学)土壤化学专业硕士学位,并留校任助教、讲师。1991年至1998年在英国纽卡斯尔大学和贝尔法斯特女王大学学习和工作,并于1997年获贝尔法斯特女王大学土壤化学专业博士学位。1997年11月入选中国科学院人才计划,1998年5月回国受聘于南京土壤研究所研究员(二级)、博士生导师;浙江大学兼职教授、博士生导师;南京土壤所党委、学术委员会和学位委员会委员;中国科学院土壤环境与污染修复重点实验室主任(2008-2011),土壤与环境生物修复研究中心主任(2002-2013),南京土壤所与香港浸会大学联合实验室副主任。中国土壤学会常务理事(2012年起)、土壤环境专业委员会主任(2004-2012)。2011年2月起任中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所副所长,同年11月起任副所长(主持工作),2013年4月起任研究所所长。 国家科技部“973”计划 项目、“863”计划重大项目、中科院创新团队项目首席科学家,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴;科技部“863”计划资源环境技术领域专家,国家自然科学基金委地球科学部评审专家和资源与环境科学学科发展战略研究秘书组成员,中国科学院生态与环境领域科技创新委员会委员,国家环保部“全国土壤污染状况调查及污染防治专项顾问组成员和总体设计与集成组副组长。《科学通报》、《土壤学报》、《土壤》、《International Journal of Phytoremediation》等杂志编委。“第一至四届国际土壤污染与修复会议”主席;长期从事土壤污染与修复、区域土壤环境质量与风险管理等研究工作。发表学术论文400余篇,其中SCI收录论文130余篇(他引2100余次),出版专著6部,主(参)编著作12部,重要咨询报告10份;获授权专利10余项,获江苏省科学技术奖二等奖等省部委科技奖5项。
