高玉林，汉族，1980年1月生，江西吉安人，中共党员，研究生学历，农学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。 现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农业昆虫研究室副主任。 2003年毕业于西南大学植物保护系获农学学士学位，2006年和2009年先后毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院，获硕士和博士学位。2009年7月起在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所/植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室/国家农业生物安全科学中心工作

长期从事农业重大害虫监测预警及绿色防控技术集成与示范，靶标害虫抗药性监测及其抗性分子机理，入侵害虫生态学及种间竞争等研究工作
