男,1986年生,中共党员,博士,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,副研究员,硕士生导师。 2014年12月,毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获得博士学位 2015年3月至2018年12月,于中国科学院水生生物研究所任助理研究员 2019.01-至今,于中国科学院水生生物研究所任副研究员

研究领域

鱼类遗传学与分子育种。目前主要从事鲤科模式鱼类-斑马鱼和鲤科养殖鱼类-鲤的性腺发育和性别分化的机制研究。通过在斑马鱼中阻断性类固醇激素的合成(敲除cyp17a1),构建了雄激素和雌激素缺乏的模型和“全雄性”纯合子群体,发现了鱼类中存在垂体Fshβ在精巢发育/精子发生中的补偿机制、雌激素对卵巢发育的可塑机制和雄激素对第二性征的维持机制。同时,将阻断性类固醇激素合成的策略在鲤中进行水产应用,获得了性染色体型为XX且精子发育正常的“伪雄鲤”,尝试通过“全雌鲤”品系的种质创制,最终实现增产。另外,还发现胰岛素受体 a促进糖转换成脂肪的过程,而胰岛素受体b通过激活生长激素信号通路,进而促进脂肪的利用和蛋白质的合成等
