个人简介
蔡晓青,博士,教授,博士生导师;2011年在美国亚利桑那州立大学获博士学位;2011至2015年在美国Scripps研究所从事博士后研究;2016年通过中山大学“百人计划二期”人才引进回国工作,任职中山大学药学院,从事化学生物学和生物技术药物的相关研究。长期致力于蛋白质工程和抗体偶联技术的研究,针对蛋白质的胞内转运途径和降解等关键科学问题,聚焦抗体和抗体偶联药物 (ADC) 的研究。担任Frontiers in Molecular Bioscience特刊客座副主编。作为第一作者及通信作者在国际著名刊物J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Sci., J. Med. 研究领域
构建溶酶体靶向型的抗体偶联药物 (ADC),从分子水平上干预和调控ADC的内吞和胞内转运途径,实现增强ADC的抗肿瘤活性、拓宽ADC的肿瘤适应症。 利用溶酶体的降解途径,发展靶向蛋白质降解技术,降解疾病相关的细胞膜蛋白,实现“不可成药”靶标的功能干预。 通过遗传密码扩增技术,利用含有特殊活性基团的非天然氨基酸对蛋白质进行定点修饰,发展基于非天然氨基酸的蛋白质修饰和标记技术,实现蛋白功能和活性的改造和升级
